Join us every second Saturday for our Ukrainian-Canadian Kitchen Parties for Seniors! Explore how our expressive and invigorating movement activities, live music and conversations with friends can spark well-being from head to toe. Enjoy refreshments with everyone at the end of class.
Care partners and interested family members of all ages are welcome to participate. Sessions are held in English with Ukrainian interpretation.
All activities can be adapted to suit all abilities, and classes are held in an accessible space.

Location
Ukrainian Credit Union Ltd., 476 Holland Ave (accessible space) Parking: Free beside building and on surrounding streets. Drop-off space available in building parking lot. Please let us know if we can help you figure out public transit options.

Pay-What-You-Can: any amount is accepted. Please contact us at [email protected] if you would like any guidance regarding registration cost amounts.
